How Do I Place An Order?
Shoppers can utilize our wishlist and shopping cart features to purchase all of our products. We also offer a wallet feature for repeat shoppers to store their payment information.
Payment and Shipping
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
We offer standard USPS shipping. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. Rates charged for shipping are at a "Flat Rate." If the weight of any item is especially heavy, we will indicate the modified shipping rate w/in the item description.
Once we receive notification of your order, we will reach out to you directly to confirm your purchase. It is our goal to get your order posted and on its way within 24-48 hours of receiving it. If we have any problems, we will reach out to you directly.
Returns & Exchanges.
We strongly encourage you to reach out should you have any questions regarding size selection prior to purchase. We will be able to give you guidance prior to placing your order as we are very familiar with the various brand collections and how sizing runs. Our contact number is 443-838-4776. Having said that, should there be a problem with your order, please call us directly. We pride ourselves with remarkable customer satisfaction and will work with you so that you are satisfied and return back to us.
As for Exchanges, we would strongly encourage you to call us directly so that we can confirm that the size and style you need an exchange for is available. The item being returned must be received within 14 business days. We will not assume any additional shipping charges to complete the exchange.
